Getting There

The Royal Sands Koh Rong is located on Koh Rong Island in southern Cambodia, an hour by the resort's catamaran west of Sihanoukville in the Gulf of Thailand.

From Phnom Penh, travellers can reach the resort by taking the expressway south to Sihanoukville, which cuts the journey time to around 2.5 hours to the Port Gate and Boat Lounge.

Some airlines operate flights into Sihanoukville from Siem Reap and other regional centres. The Royal Sands Koh Rong can arrange round-trip airport transfers for guests to and from the port. The resort has its own private catamaran for transportation to the island. Guests should refer to the resort's transportation tariffs for pricing information.
